We are doing this podcast and laying out every piece of the puzzle because Hazel’s life mattered, and her story deserves to be told with truth, honor, and relentless dedication. This isn't just about dissecting a cold case; it is about keeping her memory alive, restoring the voice that was stolen from her, and fighting for the justice her family has been denied for thirty years. We haven't forgotten, the community hasn't forgotten, and we will not stop looking until we bring her home.

I still remember gardening with her, playing endless games of Go Fish and Uno, and the endless supply of treats in the freezer. We’d run to her house after school, and even after we moved, I’d try to convince the bus driver to let me off at Grandma Hazel’s instead. She was the best friend any little kid could ask for!”
